Professional Bio

Arturo Alberto Armendariz II is a bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker who earned a Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at El Paso. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from UTEP and an Associate of Arts from El Paso Community College.

Arturo’s social work experience includes intensive case management, crisis intervention, community-needs assessment, treatment-plan monitoring, resource navigation, program evaluation, advocacy, and work with individuals experiencing homelessness. His professional background also includes leadership, training, quality assurance, and customer-service roles.

Arturo emphasizes empowerment, practical problem solving, client advocacy, and culturally responsive support. He works to help individuals identify resources, build stability, and make progress toward personalized goals.
