Co-Founder of Buen Salud Inc since inception in 2010. In addition to my duties as Administrator and Financial Officer for Buen Salud, I continue to serve as a consultant and billing agent for several providers in the Mental Health field as owner of Office Doctor LLC founded in 2006.

I have been with Buen Salud since 2015 in a variety of roles. I am dedicated to managing all aspects of the Buen Salud operations, including the day-to day tasks. I have over twenty-years of experience in billing, collections, and provider credentialing with all insurance panels, both in Texas and New Mexico.

Crystal Heredia-Sanchez, LCSW-S
I believe that every individual and family holds an "inner beauty, strength, and empowerment" that is key to their healing journey. My approach is client-centered, starting "where the individual and/or family are" and focusing on their unique strengths and culture. I work with a diverse population including children, teens, young adults, adults, elderly, veterans, and the LGBTQIA+ community who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, and phase of life struggles.

I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Master of Social Work, and have been in private practice since 1995. My specialty is Mental Health and Chemical Dependence. I am dedicated to helping individuals and families in finding their personal path to healing and resilience.

My treatment focus is a Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach. Treatment goals are created to help individuals cope with and manage symptoms related to depression and anxiety. I am certified in anger resolution and have experience working in a pain management setting. I am passionate about ensuring every individual feels seen and supported.

I have twenty years of clinical experience providing Psychotherapy for families and individuals. My clinical experience is treating depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, social anxiety, substance abuse, anger management, behavioral issues, relationship problems, and marriage couples’ counseling. My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and will include Psycho-Dynamic Psychotherapy, Client Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Approaches and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.

My clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapt (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions.
